Dress comfortably – Wear easy-to-move-in clothing that allows you to relax fully. You’ll be asked to remove your shoes before the session.
Hydrate well – Drink plenty of water the day of and in the days leading up to your session. A well-hydrated body responds more openly to frequency and vibration.
Stay light – Avoid heavy meals for at least 2 hours beforehand. Lighter bodies tend to receive vibration more freely, supporting a deeper experience.

Frequency-based therapies are non-invasive and have not been known to cause any problems with participants,. However, for your safety, please let me know if any of the following apply to you before booking your session:
Photosensitive epilepsy – flashing lights may trigger seizures
Glaucoma or other eye conditions – may be sensitive to light exposure
Implanted electronic medical devices – magnetic fields may interfere with their function.
It’s also possible to experience strong emotions or temporary shifts in mood or energy after a session. These responses are normal and typically part of the natural release and integration process.
